SHIPPING

GENERAL

Our shipping hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, excluding major holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We are not responsible and do not refund for any lost or stolen packages. We recommend that you purchase Route Purchase Protection for domestic orders. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, or other circumstances out of our control.

STANDARD ORDERS

Please allow 3 – 7 days for processing regular orders. Order delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or delays due to customs.

CUSTOM ORDERS

For custom orders, please allow 5-10 business days to process depending on the complexity of the order. Please email info@kassbrillhart.com if you have a combined order and wish to ship out your regular order separately before your custom order.

PRE ORDERS

For products listed as pre order, please expect delivery within the delivery date window stated on the product description. You will be notified via email on any pre order that is delayed. For more information on your pre order, please inquire at info@kassbrillhart.com.

P.O. BOXES

Please note that only USPS is able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address, we will reach out to you via e-mail to get an alternative address which may delay your delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for customs charges for all international orders. Please note that we are not responsible for additional duties and taxes that you may be charged for international shipments. If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.

RETURNS & Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We offer returns for either store credit or a refund in the original form of payment. Return requests must be made no later than 14 days after the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.

Please note that all returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and with tags still attached. We will not refund or accept returns on clothing that has been worn or used. All returns will be checked.

Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Kass Brillhart reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without authorization.

All custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We will happily accept exchanges of full-priced regular merchandise within 14 days of delivery date, this excludes any custom order. Exchanges must be the same style in a different size or color. For a different style, please return your original item and place a new order online separately.

Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of the returned item and are subject to stock availability. A maximum of one exchange per item will be allowed. Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses.

All custom orders and sale items are final sale.

STORE CREDIT

Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift certificate. Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order. Store credit does not expire.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs.
